Our inaugral Pinot Meunier comes from 15 year old vines located within our Bonadale Vineyard - an elevated and idyllic location for ripening this rare varietal.  Fruit was fully destemmed as whole berries and fermented via indigenous yeast.  Matured in first-class French oak.
