2021 Sauvignon Blanc
Our Sauvignon Blanc receives 6-8 hours skin contact prior to evening pressing. Fermentation is divided between 15% new oak and 85% stainless steel, with weekly to fortnightly lees stirring implemented post fermentation.
A vibrant, textured palate full of fresh citrus and stone fruit characters.
