A red wine for the fridge, it's a blend of skin contact Riesling, skin contact Pinot Gris, and a Pinot Noir/Pinot Gris co-fermentation.
Matured in bad-ass old oak. Unfined/unfiltered.

A sort of reverse of an orange wine (white grapes fermented on skins like red wine), this is a white wine made from red grapes taken off their skins immediately and fermented as clean juice.
Our classic cool-climate Sauvignon Blanc.
A vibrant, textured palate full of fresh citrus and stone fruit characters. Partial wild ferment in oak compliments the forwardness of this wine.
