Creativity and deliciousness rule the roost within this portfolio, bound to one rule only; high quality, estate-grown fruit as the source component. The rest is in the imagination and the craft. The range follows a ‘LoFi’ mantra of being wild ferment driven and exclusively unfined/unfiltered/low SO2.

The 2021 release of our Supernatural Pet Nat. A field blend of Pinot Noir (20%), Chardonnay (60%) and just for a little fun, Sauvy B (10%).
We like to think of its colour as 'Devil Red'. And we like to think of its aromatics as wild berries.
This is now our fourth release of this wine: no fining, no filtration, low SO2.
Left in its purest, most unadultered form, it's a wine of character and length. A wine of passion and place.

A red wine for the fridge, it's a blend of skin contact Riesling, skin contact Pinot Gris, and a Pinot Noir/Pinot Gris co-fermentation.
Matured in bad-ass old oak. Unfined/unfiltered.

A sort of reverse of an orange wine (white grapes fermented on skins like red wine), this is a white wine made from red grapes taken off their skins immediately and fermented as clean juice.
