The epitome of cool-climate excellence and timelessness
Seven vineyards pursue the honour of wearing our single vineyard badges.
Each year our Pinot Noir and Chardonnay fruit is picked, fermented and mautured within their own, individual vineyards. They are all treated individually from one another. Each vineyard's fruit is different and makes different demands of us. It's our duty to honour and respect that.
This also affords us the extraodinary opportunity to track each individual vineyard's progress throughout the aging process, and hand select those vineyards, those parcels, that are the year's true standouts.
The Oulton Vineyard is our lowest, most protected vineyard, generating fruit of pure power and pure elegence.
"Fantastic Pinot Noir. A wine of power, complexité and length. It's a 'sit up and take note' wine"
94+ Points - Campbell Mattinson, The Wine Front.
The Bonadale Vineyard is our most elevated vineyard, delivering fruit of great layering and sophistication.
"This is a wine for people who really do love Pinot Noir. It just seems to capture the heart and soul of the variety"

The Oulton Vineyard is our lowest, most protected vineyard, generating fruit of pure power and pure elegance.
There is a beautifully framed line of texture and structure to this wine.
The nose is layered and finessed. Full of cool climate fruit, florals and well integrated nutty, slightly vanilla edges.
