The 2021 release of our Supernatural Pet Nat. A field blend of Pinot Noir (20%), Chardonnay (60%) and just for a little fun, Sauvy B (10%).
We like to think of its colour as 'Devil Red'. And we like to think of its aromatics as wild berries.

A sort of reverse of an orange wine (white grapes fermented on skins like red wine), this is a white wine made from red grapes taken off their skins immediately and fermented as clean juice.
Our Pinor Noir-driven sparkling Rosé, crafted and finished in the Brut style.
Wild berries and floral notes drive this wine, its palate creating a truly moorish, fresh palate.
