Ghost Rock Vineyard

TrailGraze is an exciting new event by the Cradle to Coast Tasting Trail. Discover the best of the North West’s local growers, makers and producers as you explore your way around this beautiful region.
Running on the weekend 23 and 24 April 2022, TrailGraze will see over 20 local producers open their doors to guests for a weekend of workshops, behind the scenes tours, tastings, live music and more.

Vine to Wine Guided Experience

Come behind the scenes whilst we are in the midst of harvest and see first-hand the process of fruit picking, how its treated in the winery and how the wine is made. Not only will you see the process but you will taste it from the beginning to the end – from the fruit on the vine, to grape juice, to unfinished, to finished wine.  We may even put you to work to plunge some wine!

After the tour, we’ll give you a wine tasting of our 2021 wines.  The experience will take approx. 1.5hrs hour and will run at 11am and 1pm on both the Saturday and Sunday of the TrailGraze weekend.  Why not book in for lunch before or after the experience to make it a holistic experience.

Cost: $40pp. Max 15pp per session.

The Ghost Rock Eatery will be open over the TrailGraze weekend from 11am to 5pm.  The restaurant menu will showcase our favourite producers across the region, as well as feature a few of the receipes designed by TrailGraze ambassador chefs Palisa Anderson (Boonluck Farm & Chat Thai), Luke Burgess (Seven and a Half), Alex Pritchard (Icebergs Bondi) and Craig Wills (Stillwater/Black Cow).

Bookings are essential and can be made here.

If time against you, cause you are trying to squeeze in as many producers as possible (we get it!), then why not book in for a wine tasting of 3 or 5 wines, with one of our experienced & knowledgeable hosts.

Cost:  Three Wines - $5 or Five Wines - $15, redeemable on a bottle purchase per person.

Bookings for wine tastings over this weekend are essential and can be made here.

For those who dont want the formal sit down lunch, and want to enjoy a glass of wine on the lawn with a light snack or two featuring producers along the Tasting Trail, we'll have an open bar, some live music and hopefully some sunshine for you to enjoy too.
