You must be over 18 years of age to order. Payment via secure online credit card only.

Delivery

All deliveries are handled by Australia Post. All products are fully insured. Delivery to capital cities and major regional centres please allow 5 working days. Outside of these areas delivery may take between 10 - 14 days. Orders will normally be dispatched the following business day. All parcels are fully tracked through Australia Post.

Please give any specific delivery instructions in the comments field during checkout. Wine will not be delivered without the receiver's signature. An Australia Post card will be left at the delivery address advising that a parcel is ready for collection at your local Post Office.

Claims Procedure

All claims of whatever nature must be reported to The Manager within 7 days after receipt of goods, or the purchaser is deemed to forfeit any claims for damages or set off against Ghost Rock Vineyard.

Claims Liability
Ghost Rock Vineyard's liability is limited to: the cost of replacing the goods; OR the cost of obtaining equivalent goods; whichever is the lower amount.
