Ashgrove Cheese is Australia’s premier producer of award winning Cheddar style cheeses, crafting authentic cheeses by hand on the farm in Tasmania.

The innovative nature of the Ashgrove business has resulted in the creation of an additional range of unique flavoured cheeses utilising locally grown flavouring ingredients including the famous Wild Wasabi as well as Lavendar, Bush Pepper and Cumin Seed flavours.

Established in 1993 by vineyard owners, Ian & Judy Robinson, Barringwood Park is located in the beautiful Cradle Coast region of North West Tasmania on the main tourist route to Cradle Mountain. Visitors are very welcome at the cellar door to sample wines, 'meet the makers', savour gourmet lunch platters, (or picnic on the grass) and experience the stunning views.

The Cherry Shed is conveniently situated on the Bass Highway at Latrobe. It is open all year round with an exciting menu based on cherries as well as many other interesting cherry products. Product sold in the Cherry Shed is produced from their own fruit and is processed on site including wines, port, liquers, ice-cream, pastries and drinks.

Christmas Hills Raspberry Farm was established in 1984 and has a fully licensed cafe overlooking 5 hectares of raspberries. You can sample various raspberry delights including homemade raspberry ice-cream.

Hellyers Road is Australia's largest Distillery and has an impressive interpretation centre, gift shop and cafe. Whisky and Vodka tasting and sales available as well as delicious chocolates made on site.

The House of Anvers contains a real chocolate taste sensation, located at Latrobe, Tasmania. When visiting you can see their qualified confectionery staff tempering, moulding and enrobing fine couverture chocolates, truffles, pralines, fudges and more. They also offer lunches and of course excellent flavoured hot chocolate!

Seven Sheds Brewery, Meadery and Hop Garden, owned and operated by Willie Simpson and Catherine Stark, is situated in Railton (NW Tasmania). It produces its flagship Kentish Ale and seasonal beers as well as honey wines and melomels. Seven Sheds grows hops on-site using organic methods, uses local honeys and where possible local malts.
