Ghost Rock Chardonnay
(2004)

Water white in colour and without wood influence this wine is unique in subtle characters. This wine is made in a Chablis style which is light, crisp and clean. Offering green apples and grapefruit aromas complimented by racy acidity, honeydew melon and citrus flavours. The clean lengthy finish offers the consumer a graceful cool climate style.
Tasting Notes
Light pasta dishes, antipasto, ocean trout, white fleshed fish and pork, or perhaps try it with your favourite cheese.

Ghost Rock Chardonnay

Pale straw in colour this chardonnay exhibits soft floral and integrated coconut aromas, with hints of melon and white peaches. The palate is fresh citrus fruits, melon and nectarine following through to a crisp clean finish.

Sourced from our new vineyard this wine is made in the French style, our first vintage and only a small quantity produced. Light straw in colour, this award winning wine reveals luscious pear and floral aromas. Subtle pear flavours fuse with stone fruit characters and restrained acidity.

Ghost Rock Pinot Noir
(2006)

Ruby red in colour with a vivid glimmer, this award winning wine shows youthful complexity on both the nose and palate. With aromas of smoky oak, red cherries, raspberries and mocha which follow through to a palate of spice and rich concentrated fruit flavours. With subtle tannin structure and savoury length this wine is luscious and smooth. (A must for your cellar.)

(2006)

A beautiful light summer wine to enjoy on those lazy summer days.
A soft salmon pink colour this wine has a lifted nose of cherries, plums and spice, moving delicately to a palate of ripe fruit with spicy confectionery flavours. The finish is soft and lingering with a perfect dry balance.
Tasting Notes
Perfect for the warm summer months, this wine would suit quail or chicken salad, or richer flavoured fish such as tuna or Atlantic salmon dishes.

Pale straw with a touch of green in colour, this wine displays asparagus, gooseberry and fresh cut grass aromas. The palate exhibits primary herbaceous notes with hints of passionfruit, grapefruit and goosebarry, balanced nicely with a soft acid structure and a clean fresh finish. (Our signature wine)

Bright and vibrant in appearance this 50/50 blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir has spent four years on yeast lees before being disgorged. Hints of apple and brioche aromas are enhanced by the creamy complexity and yeast richness on the palate. This premium sparkling shows lively fruit characters and an elegant crisp fresh finish.
