Seven vineyards pursue the honour of wearing our single vineyard badges.
Each year our Pinot Noir and Chardonnay fruit is picked, fermented and mautured within their own, individual vineyards. They are all treated individually from one another. Each vineyard's fruit is different and makes different demands of us. It's our duty to honour and respect that.
This also affords us the extraodinary opportunity to track each individual vineyard's progress throughout the aging process, and hand select those vineyards, those parcels, that are the year's true standouts.
