Ghost Rock Sauvignon Blanc 2011

Pale straw with a touch of green in colour, this wine displays asparagus, gooseberry and fresh cut grass aromas. The palate exhibits primary herbaceous notes with hints of passionfruit, grapefruit and gooseberry, balanced nicely with a soft acid structure and a clean fresh finish (our signature wine).
