Ghost Rock Pinot Noir 2008

Ruby red in colour with a vivid glimmer, this award winning wine shows youthful complexity on both the nose and palate. With aromas of smoky oak, red cherries, raspberries and mocha which follow through to a palate of spice and rich concentrated fruit flavours. With subtle tannin structure and savoury length this wine is luscious and smooth. (A must for your cellar.)

Food Match - Best food accompaniment for Pinot Noir is duck, but for something a little different, try quail, lamb or a delicate venison dish. Richer foods can accompany this Pinot as it continues to age.
