2007 Catherine Pinot Chardonnay Sparkling

Recently released our 2007 Catherine Sparkling  is now available for purchase.  This Sparkling has already received a Gold Medal at the Aust Small Vignerons Wine Show 2011, and a Silver Award at the recently 2011 Tasmanian Wine Show.

Catherine is a fine example of a premium Tasmanian sparkling wine.  A blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, this sparkling has rich fruit characters which are complemented with yeasty complexity.  Displaying apple and yeast aromatics and a rich creamy palate.  A complex well balanced wine with fine acidity on the lingering finish. Ideal for all occasions with it's lively character and soft flavours.
